Order Sender and Zapier integration
The #1 agent app in Italy integrates with Zapier’s network of integrations.
The integration between Order Sender and Zapier allows you to connect the app to over 6,000 tools, simplifying the automatic transfer of data and reducing manual work.
Automate the management of orders, customers and company data. Simplify your workflows and optimise the time spent on manual operations.
Connecting Order Sender to Zapier allows you to automate your workflow and integrate your order collection software with other business applications.
Follow these simple steps to activate the integration:
1. Log in to Zapier
Go to Zapier and log in to your account. If you don’t already have an account, you can create one for free.
2. Find Order Sender
In the app search bar, type Order Sender and select it from the list.
3. Connect your Order Sender account
Click on Connect to link Order Sender to Zapier. You will be asked to enter your Order Sender account credentials and authorise Zapier to access the data necessary for synchronisation.
4. Create your first Zap
A Zap is an automation that connects two or more apps. To set it up:
Choose a Trigger → An event in Order Sender that starts the automation (e.g. ‘New order received’).
Choose an Action → An activity that is performed automatically in another app (e.g. ‘Create an invoice in QuickBooks’ or ‘Update a contact in HubSpot’).
Customise data → Select the information to be transferred between the apps.
Test the Zap → Make sure the automation works correctly.
Activate the Zap → From now on, the integration will be operational in the background.
5. Optimise and expand automations
After creating your first Zap, you can:
Add more steps → Create more complex workflows by linking multiple actions.
Use filters and conditions → Customise Zaps based on specific business needs.
Monitor executions → Check the history of automations and resolve any errors.
N.B. The listed functions and automations represent functions that can potentially be realised through Zapier. However, their effective implementation depends on the compatibility of the reference software with Zapier and the availability of the necessary triggers and actions, as defined by the respective suppliers.
