Appointment Statistics

Appointment Statistics are available both on the App and the Web Panel.
The Manager can view and filter the statistics of all Agents, while each Agent has access exclusively to their own data.

On the App, statistics can be accessed from the Business Travels section. Here, you can see an interactive graphical preview of cumulative performance, while the full section opens by clicking on Statistics.

The available filters allow you to specify types of visits, activities performed, clients, and suppliers, with the option to compare months and years. Using Advanced Filters, criteria can be applied to Supplier, Client, Client Category, Client Zone, Visit Type, or Activity Performed. All filters are combinable, and results update in real time, even offline (synchronization is required to update new data).

Statistics are presented in three graphical formats: column figures, histograms, and line charts, always with monthly and yearly comparisons. In addition to the graphical display, numerical values are always available to support analysis.
