Thanks to this newness, from the Web Area (i.e., from Order Sender’s back office ), it will be possible to record orders moving them in a separate folder from the main one. In this way, during the first synchronization on a new device, the data amount to download will be smaller, and therefore the whole process speeds up;
– Minimum sale amount:
It will be possible to specify, for each product, the minimum sale amount, thanks to which the agent receives a notification if he is selling an article with a too low price. So if he then applies discounts or inserts lower net prices, compared to its minimum sale amount, a notification will appear (a warning pop-up) removing errors and forbidding product sell with a too low cost.
– Customer Manager:

While filling in an order, when the agent saves or updates customer data, he can choose whether to include payment terms.

We added a new function to our order management software: a form to generate and manage invoices. Within the invoice, you can enter the holder’s data, the payment terms and fee‘s items. Once obtained the invoice, you can download it in pdf format or print it. Did they pay you? You can highlight the payments received with a flag.

“Inactive code”, “This account is already associated with another device”. What to do when the system notices these Login issues, and we cannot sign in to Order Sender?
It can happen when you log in to a new Tablet, or when the Tablet has been (maybe for failure) reset. You try entering your credentials, but the system tells you “Inactive code” or “This account is already associated with another device” or “Remove the device before saving?”
No fear, the procedure to unlock the situation is simple and needs a few steps:
– Log in as Administrator from the page: business.odersender.com;
– Go to the Management> Agents section;
– Enter Edit Mode on your Agent (double-click on the line or click on the green pencil icon);
– Select Remove Device> Save.
Now you can try to log in from the App entering your credentials and proceeding to synchronization.

Customize the order form. This is the great news for Order Sender that continues – also thanks to your feedback and suggestions – to grow and improve.
From today, change the pdf model of the order form: you will have new customizable modules available (7 in all). Unpublished models – six of those added, in addition to the current one – for your copy commission and estimates, fully customizable.
What can you customise?
You can customise the entire order form layout. There are six pdf templates inserted in which you will have many options like choosing the company’s logo or the colour (light blue, green, red and black). Also your favourite font and the pdf basic structure, that is, the data arrangement (supplier, customer, agent, logo, shipping address).
How can the changes be activated?
To customise the PDF template, you must log in with your credentials as Administrator, to the web portal on business.ordersender.com. Enter the Settings – Preferences section. Under “PDF preferences” you can choose the elements that best suit your company’s needs. You can choose, in fact, the pdf basic structure (data arrangement), the font used and the colour.
Then we recall the other options (related to the pdf customisation) that were already present: the customizable wording of sales conditions;
the possibilities of inserting your company logo and making the customer code appear in the customer’s data.
From today you can choose the model you prefer according to your needs and those of your company.
