The Appointment Scheduler is a tool designed to help sales reps plan regular visits to clients and prospects.
It’s available both on the web panel and the mobile app, and only displays contacts with a defined visit frequency (an optional field in the client record).
On the web version, the scheduler shows five main columns:

When you complete an appointment, if the client has a visit frequency set, the system automatically suggests creating the next one, with the date pre-filled according to the defined schedule. The user can confirm or cancel this suggestion before saving.
Each row in the scheduler also includes a quick-action button to instantly create a new appointment, making it easy to plan future visits in advance.
