Vini Montresor: centuries-old wines, with great depth and rigor
In 1892, Giacomo Montresor founded Cantine Giacomo Montresor. Since that moment, wine production has been an expression of the Montresor family’s identity. It is a winemaking tradition closely linked to the territory, the Veneto region, and Verona. In the 19th century, the family moved from France to Italy to find the ideal environment to devote themselves to their greatest passion: wine. This is how Montresor Wines was born.
The winery harvests its own grapes from 40 hectares of vineyards: the heart of the company, which has always been worked with dedication and respect. The land, home to the native Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and Molinara vines expresses the unique character of a territory that is already a natural amphitheater, favoring the production of wines of great depth and rigor.
The Vini Montresor company has also created a museum: 130 years of history are recounted in the Wine Museum, through agricultural tools, barrels, vats, and plows. A story that spans through decades in a unique journey. An immersive experience combining storytelling, culture, and territory.
