Appointments on the Map – Map

The Map section of Business Travels allows you to view the location of all appointments scheduled for the day.
The map is available both on the mobile app and the web panel.

  • Manager (Web): can view and filter appointments by sales rep.
  • Sales Rep (App & Web): can view only their own appointments.

The appointments displayed on the map are those of the day selected in the calendar. Using the arrows, you can scroll forward or backward through the days.

Below the map, a daily appointment list is displayed. Here, you can enable the “Closest Clients” switch to highlight customers located nearby.

The sales rep’s real-time position is shown if GPS is enabled. On the right, there is a “+” (Add new appointment) button, which opens the appointment creation form.

Markers and Legend

Appointment Markers (Prospects and Clients):

  • Blue = Prospect
  • Red = Client

List under the map:

  • Blue Name = Prospect
  • Black Name = Client

Clicking a map marker opens an info popup with:

  • Client/Prospect name and address
  • Navigation icon to launch directions in the system’s navigator (Google Maps on Android, Apple Maps on iOS)

Clicking on an appointment in the list below opens the full appointment details, including:

  • Enlarged map
  • Quick-action buttons (Directions, Call, Email, SMS)
  • Appointment summary and Report section (outcome, activities, completion)
  • Buttons to create Orders or Quotes
  • Buttons to update or delete the appointment
